Our Services

Property Management:

We are involved in the proactive management of over 14,000 acres of agricultural and commercial land, together with commercial and residential properties.

Our services are fully regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to handle client monies.

Our Property Management Services include rent collection, rent reviews, regular property inspections, overseeing maintenance works and managing on-site contractors, lease renewals and agency letting for vacant property.

Valuations:

As Registered Valuers, Barlow Associates Limited undertake professional property valuations for residential, commercial and agricultural land (excluding those for lending purposes).

Compulsory Purchase:

We are actively involved in CPO work with past and current experience on road and rail schemes (including current revisions to the J6 of the M42; and HS2).

Planning and Development:

We provide initial planning advice for landowners on strategic sites for promotion and option agreements; also various types of planning applications, changes of use; and GPDO applications, particularly Class Q changes from agricultural to residential.

Property Agency:

We can undertake sales and lettings of all types of property and regularly have “on farm” agricultural units (with planning consent for B1 and B8 uses) and residential property, (for Assured Shorthold Lettings) available to let.
